- Taronga Zoo is the perfect place for a day out with your family or friends. It’s open every day from ten am to five pm (except Christmas Day), so you can take that long lunch break into something really special!

- Taronga Park has a school holiday program with lots of fun things for families to do together. There are craft workshops, animal feedings, and discussions on conservation.

- The Taronga Kids Club is where children aged 12 months to ten years old come together every day of the week to learn about animals and conservation, do arts and crafts activities or play games.
- You can have a picnic in Taronga Park – it’s the perfect place to relax on a sunny day!
- The zoo’s boardwalk lets you get up close and personal with some of the animals, like the red kangaroos and koalas.
