Cooee Aboriginal Art Gallery is a unique gallery that offers visitors the opportunity to experience Australian Aboriginal art in an immersive and interactive environment. It provides a safe, welcoming space for people from all walks of life to come together and enjoy this gift from Australia’s First Peoples.

The gallery in Bondi NSW 2026 was founded by four friends who wanted to share their love of Aboriginal art with others through exhibitions, workshops, talks and events. The name Cooee comes from the traditional call made by Indigenous Australians when they’re out hunting or travelling long distances away from home – it means “I’m coming back.”
